Multi-Classroom Team Reach Teacher
The Multi-Classroom Team Reach Teacher (MTRT) serves on a Multi-Classroom Leader (MCL) team, directly teaching and / or indirectly reaching more students than traditionally taught in the grade level and/or content area at the school of placement. MTRTs also help the MCL lead a larger team by taking on one additional adult leadership responsibility, such as planning lessons, leading meetings to analyze student learning data and plan interventions based on data, or coaching one teacher or Reach Associate. MTRTs earn even more than regular team reach teachers, and have a record of producing consistently high-growth student learning.
As part of an MCL team, each MTRT is responsible for co-planning, co-preparing, and delivering instruction, collaborating with all adults working with the team to review student progress and change instruction to ensure high-progress, enriched learning for every student. MTRTs receive coaching and support from an MCL. MTRTs support the team in building a tutoring culture through increased small-group teaching and tutoring. With the Team Reach Teachers and MCL, MTRTs are responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the small-group tutoring provided by the team’s paraprofessional(s) and making or recommending changes. Depending on the MCL team, MTRTs in elementary schools may specialize by subject.

If you have been a teacher leader with responsibility for the teaching success of other teachers, please report on their results, as well. This data can include EVAASTM (Education Value-Added Assessment System) data, or other appropriate data utilized by out-of-state school system/districts.
Include (uploaded as a PDF) a narrative description of your data for each year. The submission should be no more than 3 pages total, and should include a visual display with clear labels of what the data is. Please include the following in either the narrative or visual display:

Time frame for the data (e.g., 2016-17 school year)
Subjects and grades (e.g., 3rd grade mathematics) for the data
The number of other teachers led, if applicable
Data source (e.g., EOG/EOC tests, state proficiency exams, teacher-created assessments)
Baseline to which you are comparing your students to demonstrate how you are measuring your success
Student growth rates
A description of your specific contribution to the data outcomes
