Congratulations to Kelvin Horne, ECPS Employee of the Month for October!
Mr. Kelvin Horne, the ISS Coordinator at Martin Millennium Academy, exemplifies dedication and compassion every day. He visits every homeroom from Kindergarten to 8th grade, greeting students with a smile and offering encouraging words. His approach is rooted in restorative justice, empathy, and compassion, balancing consequences with understanding.
MMA Principal Dr. Kelly Anne Mudd highlights Mr. Horne’s readiness to step in as a sub-bus driver and his generosity in organizing meals for staff. His support for athletics spans the district, where he’s actively involved with basketball, football, and track teams. Outside of ECPS, you might catch him officiating college softball on TV.
